Description
A pewter spoon with large saucer-shaped bowl and stem which is rectangular/rhomboid section.
These spoons are typical of the early 17th-century period in the Low Countries, spoons of very similar form were found on the wreck of the VOC Batavia and Vergulde–Draeck featuring a variety of markers marks, however no marks could be observed on the spoon recovered from the Swash Channel Wreck.
